Networking Session
Aspen's version of YPO, AYPA (Aspen Young Professionals Association) held their monthly networking session at Crystal Palace Grille. Why was AspenSpin.com at a "professionals" event? Don't forget, ski-bumming is a profession too.

Lady Moguls
A panel of 6 Women in Business filled the house at Crystal Palace Grille. (L to R) Cari Khulman (banker), Casey Coffman (Takah Sushi), Carrie Wells (realtor), Lily Garfield (Cos Bar), Amy Margerum (Aspen Institute) and Helen Klanderud (former Mayor of Aspen) composed the group. All or 'em are powerful lady's. John Sarpa had the pleasure of moderating the discussion.

Full House
It was good to see that CPG has retained some of the original stained glass and beautiful crystal chandeliers from the original Crystal Palace. It was also good to see one of the best rooms in town packed with betties.

Tag Team
Crystal Palace Grille's management team up close and personal. Chef Brad Smith handles the kitchen, while Vince Lahey runs the front of the house. The Kobe sliders and David's fries were a big hit with the AYPA crowd.

I'm still not Dead Yet
Big C survivor Raifie Bass (left) is an inspiration to us all. According to medical experts, Bass should be dead, but as the team's jersey states, --he's STILL NOT DEAD. Three of his Ride for the Cure teammates pose up at the registration tent to support Susan G. Komen. ( 2nd from L) Dwayne Romero (congrats on the new Related/ Westpac C.O.O. gig), Gentian Nuzzo (hottie/biker) and big time realtor Rob (the closer) Bordan.

All the Miller Girlz lookin' cute @ the pre-ride pasta dinner.
Elizabeth, Mollie, Katherine and Mackenzie had a blast, but only Mommy had to ride 100 miles for team: I'm still not dead yet.

Riders rolled through the line to "carb-up" prepping for the Komen Century Ride.

High School rockers Slightly White jammed hard. Their classic rock set list was made up of songs written before they were born. They rocked it .

After 100 miles, the finish line was a happy site.

Body + Soul
Body + Soul magazine from Martha Stewart passed out gift-bags to all the bikers.,even the guys. NYC publishing wiz Elizabeth Fahmy greeted Matthew Moerdyk and Len Rosenstein.

Leaders of the Pack
Max Taam is one of the fastest bikers in town. He proved it again by easily snapping-off the Century. Not far behind him were locals "tye-dye" Ted McBlane and Aspen Spinnie Iron-man Mikey Wechsler.

Team Evergreen
These Century riders made the trek up from Evergreen to support Komen-Aspen. Liz, Tom, Roger, Wendy and Shauna enjoyed the day and finished the 100. "Weather-wise---an 11 out of 10" opined Wendy.

100 miles--it's nuttin'
These 3 local lady's easily rolled the entire 100 mile course. Tricia Johnson, Katie Viola and Deborah Madsen kept the rubber on the road.
