When the homies at DISH ASPEN throw down---we come running.  CEO Mitch Sher handles the front of the house while Chef/ COO Matt Zubrod creates edible art in the kitchen.   Dish along with Aspen Sojourner Mag. played host to a young, hip and  influential crowd.
