Boston based Real Estate developers Richard and Alex Friedman secure the site surrounding Sari Tuschman. Sari's a big time TV exec, from L.A.  Even more impressive (to us) than his success in the real estate world, Dick Friedman is an accomplished ski racer and former ski coach at Harvard College.
