Elk Mountain Grand Traverse
The 12th Annual Elk Mountain Grand Traverse is a 40+ mile race through the high mountains between Crested Butte and Aspen. This year the weather was good, except for the extremely high winds and a corresponding ground blizzard. Early finishers were greeted by Crested Butte's famous first lady --Glo.

Extreme Scene
A record 133 teams competed in this years EMGT. Fast teams finished in just over 9 hours, slow teams took about 18. Here's team Hottie at the finish, lookin' pretty good after a long walk at altitude.
