TUNE UP (14) > Bogow the Clown

Bogow the Clown was in Aspen to run around for his master Jabba the Hutt.  Neither Bogow nor Jabba had time to ski between deal-making sessions.  In fact these guys are so skilled at playing "the game" that the city has already consented to the proposed expansion of their newest historic building.  Our sources revealed that Mayor Mick was so stuffed with Kobe Beef and Dinosaur Ribs that he provided the site approvals without even reviewing Jabba's plans.
